Lamont Pierce

Director

Walt Bagley Hall Men's Shelter Community & Men's Transitional Housing

As the Director of the Men’s Shelter and Men's Transitional Housing, Lamont brings not just leadership, but deep compassion and lived wisdom to his work. Known for his calm presence and unwavering dedication, Lamont creates a space where every man is seen, respected, and given the tools to rebuild. He believes in second chances, the power of connection, and meeting people where they are. A natural connector, Lamont believes that change starts with relationships, and he shows up every day committed to helping people reclaim their voice, power, and purpose. For Lamont, this work is more than a job, it is a calling to walk alongside others as they find their way forward.

Armina N. Domingue, LMSW

Senior Case Manager

Interfaith Pathways Women & Children's Shelter Community & Family Support Services

Armina is a Licensed Master Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting healing, growth, and transformation across clinical, educational, and community settings. She specializes in trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy, restorative practices, and substance abuse prevention, and brings a deep sense of care and accountability to every space she enters. Her work is guided by the belief that real change happens when people feel seen, safe, and supported, not just individually, but systemically. She has led school-based initiatives, facilitated community-centered research, and walked closely with those navigating life’s most difficult moments.

Currently pursuing her Doctorate in Social Work, at the heart of it all is her passion for building trust, creating possibility, and honoring the resilience of those she serves.
