Executive Administrative Assistant (Part-Time, 15–20 Hours/Week)
Dover Interfaith Mission for Housing is hiring a part-time Executive Assistant to support the Executive Director and leadership team with administrative tasks and special projects. This flexible role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and a commitment to our mission of serving individuals experiencing homelessness.

 

Development/Grants Assistant (Part-Time, 15–20 Hours/Week)
Dover Interfaith Mission for Housing is seeking a part-time Development/Grants Assistant to support fundraising efforts, including donor communications, grant tracking, data entry, and research. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in fundraising or grant writing, strong writing and organizational skills, and an associate degree or higher in communications, nonprofit management, or a related field.

Community Health Worker (RN/LPN)  (Part-Time, 15–20 Hours/Week)
Dover Interfaith Mission for Housing is hiring a part-time Community Health Worker (RN or LPN) to provide basic health assessments, health education, and support for shelter residents. The ideal candidate holds an active RN or LPN license, has experience working with underserved populations, and is committed to promoting health equity in a shelter setting.

Shelter Support Staff – Men's Shelter (Part-Time, Mid & Overnight Shifts, 8 & 12 hour shifts)
We are seeking part-time Shelter Support Staff to provide overnight and mid-shift coverage at our Men's Shelter on weekdays and weekends. Candidates must be dependable, compassionate, and able to maintain a safe, supportive environment for shelter residents.
