Development/Grants Assistant (Part-Time, 15–20 Hours/Week)
Dover Interfaith Mission for Housing is seeking a part-time Development/Grants Assistant to support fundraising efforts, including donor communications, grant tracking, data entry, and research. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in nonprofit fundraising or grant writing, strong writing and organizational skills, and an associate degree or higher in communications, nonprofit management, or a related field.

Shelter Support Staff – Women& Children's Shelter (Part-Time, Mid & Overnight Shifts, 8 hour shifts) 

Dover Interfaith Mission for Housing is hiring Shelter Support Staff for mid and overnights at our Women and Children's Shelter.  This role involves ensuring the safety, comfort, and well being of the women and children in our shelter community, as well as maintain cleanliness of the facility.

Shelter Support Staff – Men's Shelter (Part-Time, Mid & Overnight Shifts, 8 & 12 hour shifts)
We are seeking part-time Shelter Support Staff to provide overnight and mid-shift coverage at our Men's Shelter on weekdays and weekends. Candidates must be dependable, compassionate, and able to maintain a safe, supportive environment for shelter guests, as well as maintain cleanliness of the facility.

Community Engagement Coordinator (Part-Time, 15 hrs /week)

Dover Interfaith Mission for Housing (DIMH) is seeking a motivated and compassionate Community Engagement Coordinator to support outreach, volunteer engagement, and community partnerships. This role will help strengthen DIMH’s visibility, build meaningful relationships with local organizations, and support initiatives that enhance services for individuals experiencing homelessness.
